Do more of what makes you happy! Do you have a hobby (along with stamping of course!) or activity that brings you joy or relieves stress?
One of my favorite Facebook pages is Project Happiness. This was a recent post and picture:
“Each of us has a canvas to paint. It’s up to us to make it colorful and vibrant! Take some time today and tend to your soul. Do some things that make you happy – visit an animal shelter, make a friend date, treat yourself to a massage. Paint yourself a colorful canvas today!”
One of my favorite things to do (besides stamping, I have a long list!) is to read and share motivational quotes and information. I loved to teach classes and help others reflect on these types of things. So recently I decided that if I saw a Stampin’Up! stamp set that had a sentiment that spoke to me, even if I didn’t like the other images, I was going to focus on sentiments that were aligned with my interest in personal growth and well-being. It really changed the way I am looking at stamps in the Stampin’Up! catalogs.
I have shared a card below with a new sentiment from the Tasteful Textures stamp set I recently ordered, I love it and used it along with the Tropical Chic stamp set. I case’d (“copy and share everything”) the background from a card on Pinterest. I think the palm layout in the background is so soothing.
Before I post the items used for the card, don’t forget that Weds. July 31 is the last day of Bonus Days. For every $50 you order, you will get a $5 coupon to use in August. Save the email with the coupon codes from Stampin’Up! You will need those when you order in August. I shared some ideas of things to purchase in my last post, scroll on my website to the last post if you missed it. (Oh, sorry if the emoticons looked goofy in your email, they did in mine!)
So whatever else you have to do today, take a few minutes for you. Do something that makes you happy. The more you fill your cup, the more you have to offer to others.
Let me know if you have any questions regarding Bonus Days or other items I might be able to help you with.

That’s right, Bonus Days are about to end! For every $50 you spend in July, you will receive a $5 coupon to spend in August. The Holiday Catalog will be mailed in August but you won’t be able to order until September. But July and August are a great time to order items you will need for your Holiday order.
Need some ideas? 🤔
Buy some paper this month, then get the coordinating Blender pens in August and use these colors when you order Holiday product in September. Some of the colors used in the suites in the Holiday Catalog are Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Merry Merlot, Pumpkin Pie are a few for Fall 🍁.
This year the catalog features a lot of traditional colors such as Real Red, Garden Green, Cherry Cobler, Shaded Spruce, or Night of Navy for Christmas. 🎄
Don’t forget to order basics like Very Vanilla and Whisper White cardstock.
How many cards do you mail for Fall birthdays and greetings, Thanksgiving or Christmas? Why not stock up on envelopes? ✉️
Do you make a lot of the same card? A
Stamparatus is a great way to line up stamps and sentiments so they are perfectly placed on every card 💯‼️
Don’t miss out on this great deal! 👊🏻
Please place the email you get with your bonus code in safe place! You will need that code for each $5 off and Stampin’Up does not resend them!
Do you order $100 at a time when you order items to craft? July and August are a great time to join Stampin’Up! for the buying discount. Until end of August, you can order $155 of product for $99!! To keep the discount you have to order $300 a quarter, but your first quarter isn’t over until end of December! Easy with Holiday ordering!
I will be placing my Holiday Catalog order online on Tuesday. If you have ordered this year, you are on my list, you will receive a catalog in the mail. I will have copies of the catalog at my house for others that would like one. The 2019 Holiday Catalog is great, so many awesome stamps, Designer Series Paper and embellishments this year! ❤️

It’s time for the new Annual Catalog! That’s right, we can finally order any of the products. The pre-order options were great but I had my wish list ready! I did show some restraint though, I only ordered about 4 stamp sets but lots of paper, embellishments and of course the new colors of Stampin’ Blends!
I’ve been posting daily on Facebook but mostly sharing ideas and fun daily posts, I just haven’t had the time to get in my craft area and create! But I decided with the new catalog I would try to get something posted daily, even if it is a piece of Designer Series Paper! (That may happen tonight, I was busy and still need to head down to craft!)
But I would like to share two of the cards I created using new product. I am not going to share all the details in this post, too many projects to get done tonight but I will share the stamps and paper. If you have received your catalog you will be able to search to find the product. If you need a catalog, let me know by replying to the email that you receive this blog post in or by messaging me on this website. I would be happy to get a catalog to you as soon as my new bundle arrive.
This card features the new Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the sentiment from the coordinating Good Morning Magnolia Stamp Set. I also used the small flower stamp and “stamped off” to have a light image behind the sentiment. I used two sizes of the new Stitched Nested Label Dies. Love them!
As a reminder, the Big Shot is being discontinued (it’s a long story with Sizzix copyright issues) so we will be using the language of dies vs. framelits, thinlits and edgelits. While we are waiting for the new product that Stampin’Up! will introduce, you can continue to use your Big Shot or other device you might own. They will work!
This card features the Perennial Essence DSP along with the petal stamp and coordinating punch from the Floral Essence Bundle. #simplestamping, with our gorgeous new paper, cards don’t have to be complicated to be pretty. I used the “Thanks” sentiment from Magnolia Lane Suite and a cute little embellishment as the flower center in Seaside Spray, one of the 2019-2021 InColors. I used the Stitched Rectangle Die to stamp the sentiment on.
I will try to keep up with posts that I make on Facebook, I know some of you prefer email and don’t check my Stampin’Up! page. I will try.
Also, I am thinking of holding a Stamp Night the last week of June (I don’t have to travel that week!!!), stay tuned.

Where did the time go? It is the Last Day of Sale-a-bration! It always feels like there will be so much time for stamping and posting but then life happens. We had a lot of snow and work travel interrupted plans to host Stamp Nights.
I can’t say work will be better (actually more travel) but hopefully we are done with snow!
Several of the Release 1 and 2 items are sold out but Stampin’Up! added items from the Annual Catalog to compensate and provide additional choices for us. One Stamp Set that was part of Release 2 is the All Adorned Stamp Set. I finally got it out and stamped with it the other night, I love it! Very easy to line up with Stamparatus.
This Stamp Set and other SAB items are only available until end of day Sunday, March 31.
Don’t forget it is also the last day to join Stampin’Up! and get $175 for $99 (or $129 with the cute bag). The normal kit when signing up is $125 for $99. What a deal!
Special Welcome to Michelle Johnson for taking advantage of this great deal and joining my team!
But there is more exciting news, beginning April 1 Stampin’Up! introduces STORAGE, a great new way to organize stamping supplies on your desktop or creative work area. You can stack and rearrange the component pieces in several different ways. I will share more after April 1.
Let me know if you have any questions as we end Sale-a-bration.

Love and Happiness are always in the air in February. It’s a great time for making Valentine’s Cards, celebrating love and friendship, remembering those we love. The heart is a beautiful symbol for those things and for remembering to do the things that make us happy, that keep our hearts beating and joyful.
I posted this Valentine’s Card, a friendship card on my Facebook page the other day. It is a mix of old and new – retired heart framelits and gold vinyl stickers from last year’s products as well as the new All My Love Designer Series Paper.
Today I played with a stamp set from the Sale-a-bration flyer. As a reminder, Sale-a-bration items can’t be purchased, you can choose a free item from the flyer for every $50 in your order. This one also reminds me of following your heart and finding happiness in life. The stamp and sentiment are from the By The Bay stamp set. I used a variety of Stampin’ Blends markers to color the house, path, sand and sea. The wood Designer Series Paper is the Wood Textures 6 x 6 paper in the Annual Catalog.
The Occasions Catalog has some awesome new stamp sets and Designer Series Paper but it also has some cute project kits. This is the Cute Crew Punch Box on page 32. It comes with a photopolymer stamp set, a black archival stamp spot, a clear acrylic block, 4 full size watercolor pencils and a perfect scallop top punch for making adorable tags. It is all packaged in a bright tin that will be great for storing stamping supplies. We will use this kit to make a tag at next week’s Stamp Night (but during the day) on Sunday, February 17 from 1 – 4 p.m.
Speaking of Stamp “Night” we will also decorate one of these Sweet Cups. Since it will be after Valentine’s Day, you can keep it for yourself or save for a birthday or thinking of you treat!
Enjoy your week, do something that makes you happy. Be sure to spend time with those who are special to you. And Don’t Let Anyone Dull Your Sparkle!
I’ve seen that sentiment a lot but just adore this little vase I found on a new website, Natural Life (www.naturallife.com). Check them out, they have awesome products!
