Just a quick reminder that Bonus Days are ending on Monday, July 31. If you were planning an order, do it on Monday. For every $50 ordered, you will receive an email with a $5 bonus code to be used in August. There is no limit. I just did a quick order to get a couple of additional bonus coupons that I will be able to use on the new Holiday catalog. As demonstrators we can preorder on August 1.
August Birthday Celebration Time
I tried to strategize my order from the holiday catalog to share new product but also use for the birthday cards I will be posting in August. I want to introduce you to new product that you can order on September 1 but also use as birthday card options for my August Birthday celebration. Check out the previous blog entry for all the ways you can have a chance to win product from the new catalog.
New Card Posts on Facebook
I used the Coffee Café stamp set and Coffee Break Designer Series Paper to create these cards for my Facebook page.
This is a fun set to work with. I look forward to playing with it more!
Something to make you smile…
Don’t miss out on your free $5 coupons as Bonus Days are ending by close of business tomorrow, July 31. Stay tuned for lots of updates and card posts during the month of August!

Daisy Delight Stamp Set and Daisy Punch is back in stock!
The Daisy Delight stamp set and Daisy Punch have been one of the most popular bundles for Stampin’Up! Good news – it is back in stock. I think with all the attention on the holiday catalog (by demonstrators) in August, it might actually stay in stock for you. July would be a great time to order it if it’s been on your list because we are in the final days of Bonus Days.
As a reminder – during Bonus Days, for every $50 you spend you get a coupon (save the email) for $5 to use in August. No limit!
This is a versatile set, just check out Pinterest for hundreds of ideas on this stamp set and punch. There are so many great ideas to CASE (copy and share everything) and tweak to make your own. The Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper (DSP) has so many pretty patterns to use but I actually have a lot of ideas using the other DSP packs too!
August – Birthday Month Specials!
August is my birthday month so we are going to have a bit of fun during the month. I’ll select THREE winners at the end of the month to win an item (new ribbon or trims, seasonal embellishment, or a new Winter embossing folder) from holiday catalog.
These are the ways you can win:
- Post a comment on my Facebook business page when you see me post a birthday card sample during the month or a birthday card in my new Stamping – Short and Sweet FB live videos.
- Comment on any blog post sent during the month of August.
- Post a birthday card you made on my Facebook business page and send me a virtual birthday greeting.
I will also be giving away one of the new ribbons or trims if you place an order during the month of August. This is in addition to the prizes above.
Stamping – Short and Sweet
I am trying to improve my Facebook Live video skills (and equipment!) so I’ve challenged myself to share more online. Tonight I posted my first “Stamping – Short and Sweet” to demo the Daisy Delight stamp set and card shown above. This month, because of my birthday, I will be creating birthday cards during the segments, in addition to demo’ing new holiday product. My goal is to post a new card 2 – 3 times per week.
So, if you haven’t start following my business page yet, this is the month to do it. Be sure to comment or post after the videos or card posts for the chance to win items mentioned above.
Take time to relax
There is so much in the news or going on around us to get stressed about if we let it get to us. So take time to relax, just like Bela did today (of course I was trying to work but that didn’t matter to him!). Get up from your desk or task at home, stretch or go out for a walk or to water the flowers. Just breathe! You will feel better as a result. I know I did for the few minutes that I let Bela remain undisturbed on my desk 🙂

Carols of Christmas Stamp Set in July!
I have seen decorations in the stores so I guess it is time to start experimenting with my new Carols of Christmas stamp set. I love this set. I think it is going to have lots of versatility for holiday cards, invitations, winter birthdays or thank you cards. I kept these first two simple – a little Wink of Stella to the branches for some glimmer and the returning Seasonal Bells stamp set and punch to “deck” out the card a bit.
But I’m just not Creative!
We all have those days! Sunday I was just stuck, couldn’t think, sat looking at pictures on Pinterest…I mean stuck in a rut! So I just relaxed, didn’t force it and had a relaxing evening instead. Last night I used my July 2017 Paper Pumpkin to get me started, I made one card like the instruction card and then did my own thing on the second one. Two of the million dollar achievers with Stampin’ Up! admit they seldom design their own cards but look to fellow demonstrators for ideas and then tweak to make their own. You are creative! You can make someone’s day by sending a card you made. Don’t be afraid, just do it!
July 2017 Paper Pumpkin
I tried to copy the Facebook Slideshow but didn’t get it to work right. Check out my Facebook business page or visit You Tube for the Paper Pumpkin video for July 2017. It is so easy to make cards and projects with Paper Pumpkin!
Bonus Days Are Here
Don’t forget to place an order in July! For every $50 ordered in July you will receive a coupon for $5 to spend in August (just in time for the Holiday Catalog you will get from me if you ordered from me or expressed an interest in getting a catalog). No limit! Just be sure to save the email you receive from Stampin’ Up!, it will contain your coupon codes that you will add to your order in August. Don’t miss out!
Consider Joining Stampin’ Up! – this is a great time!
Ho, ho, ho! Christmas in July promotion makes it easier than ever to sign up to be a demonstrator! Split it up, two orders of $150 or one for you and one for your friend. And by joining now you get the benefit of being in this quarter so you you don’t have to place your first $300 between now and end of the new quarter beginning in October. It’s so much fun, even as a hobby stamper, this is truly a great time to join the team!
