Stamp a what? That’s right, Stamparatus is coming! We had the good fortune to hear about and see the Stamparatus at OnStage last week before the marketing info was launched today (Monday). It was so hard not to share the news online! It is going to be amazing, much better than other stamp placement tools by other vendors.
I have posted a picture of what it looks like, the Customer Q/A for pre-order, and a video from Stampin’ Up! on using the Stamparatus. I have also posted a picture of the new Occasions Catalog which you will be receiving from me in December if you have ordered this year or attend Stamp Night. (If not, just send me a message with your address and I will add you to my list. Please do so by November 26 so that I can close my catalog order online by the end of the month.)
FAQ’s – This is a long list but I want to be sure everyone is aware of the ordering details if they choose to participate in the pre-order beginning this Thursday, 11/16.
One of the key points is that when the order is ready to ship in February we will receive an email that we can finalize our order. The good thing is that we will be able to add to the order if we would like to earn a Sale-a-bration item (Reminder – for every $50 we purchase, we choose a free item from the Sale-a-bration catalog). The Stamparatus will be $49 (US), so you will need to add a stamp set, paper or snail refill!
Customer Stamparatus Launch Q & A
Q: How do I reserve my Stamparatus?
A: Normally you order Stampin’ Up! products through the online store; in this case, you will click the
RESERVE link on the Stamparatus page which will take you to the reservation page. For step-by-step
instructions, please see the How to Reserve Your Stamparatus Tutorial for Customers.
Q: What if I do not have a Stampin’ Up! customer account?
A: To reserve a Stamparatus, you must have a customer account. To create one, click Create Account on
the online store.
Q: Why does it take so long for the Stamparatus to ship?
A: We will place an order with the manufacturer based on how many reservations are made during any
given reservation window. Shipping dates depend on how long it takes the order to arrive in our
warehouse after the tools have been manufactured.
Q: Will the available-to-ship dates be the same for all markets?
Q: Am I billed at the time I reserve my Stamparatus?
A: No. However, a credit card is required to reserve the product.
Q: When will I be charged for the Stamparatus?
A: When inventory arrives in the warehouse, we will add your reservation to a shopping cart. We will
then send you an email notifying you that your Stamparatus order is ready. Once you finalize payment
and close your order, the system will charge your credit card.
Q: Will I be able to add other products to my Stamparatus reservation?
A: No. However, once your reservation is transferred to your shopping cart, you will then be able to add
other items to your order. Important note: Please do not delete the Stamparatus from your order. We
will not be able to add it back and you will lose your reservation.
Q: Will I be able to update my address and credit card information when I open my shopping bag to
complete my order?
Q: What if I change my mind and want to cancel my reservation?
A: You can cancel your reservation at any time. To cancel, please see the How to Reserve Your
Stamparatus Tutorial for Customers PDF.
Q: Will the tool be available in the 2018–2019 annual catalog?
A: Yes. Once the annual catalog ordering period begins, you will be able to order the Stamparatus as you
would any other product. Reservations will no longer be required, and there will be no limit on the
number of tools you can order.
Q: Once the Stamparatus has been added to my shopping cart, how long will it stay there?
A: Indefinitely. As with all products, it will be subject to temporary interruptions in availability
depending on demand.
Q: When I close my order, can I take advantage of current Stampin’ Up! promotions?
Q: Can I participate in all three reservation periods?
Q: How many stamp placement tools can I reserve per reservation window?
A: For customers, there is a limit of 1 per reservation window.
Q: How did we come up with the name Stamparatus?
A: We landed on an innovative name by combining two words that speak to the end use of the tool as
well as Stampin’ Up! branding.
Stamp: To impress a pattern or mark (especially an official one) on
a surface, object, or document using an engraved or inked
block or die or other instrument
Apparatus: The technical equipment or machinery needed for a
particular activity or purpose
Stamp + Apparatus = Stamparatus

Finally, I had mentioned to those of you attending Stamp Night on Monday night that we were not able to show the catalog or products to you until December. Well, I know we can show the cover (posted below), but I would be so tempted to open it up! However, today I saw several demonstrators share products we received at OnStage on their Facebook pages. So just like this week’s pre-order by demonstrators or when the entire catalog goes live in December, if we have the product we can share it. So during Wednesday night’s Facebook Live I will share the stamp sets I received and the cards we made in our make & take sessions. For those not on FB, I will share again in a blog post later this week.
If you haven’t this week, visit my demonstrator website to see the new logo and the awesome changes to the site. There are pictures or videos by each stamp set when you click on it for more details, design changes and lots more. I really love it! Click here!
You will enrich your life immeasurably if you approach it with a sense of wonder and discovery, and always challenge yourself to try new things. – Nate Berkus

Stampin’Up! OnStage Conference was held in Salt Lake City Utah. But I am sad to say OnStage 2017 is over and it is time to head home. I loved spending time learning from Stampin’Up! Home office team and other demonstrators in our sessions, celebrating the joy of demonstrators accomplishing goals at levels big and small. Just attending, celebrating and visiting with some of the 2100 attending demonstrators was fun!
I know you know what else was fun…seeing the new Occasions and Sale-a-Bration (SAB) Catalog, watching demonstrations of new product and receiving new products! I look forward to the new year and sharing them with you. I will be placing a pre-order and starting to play in December but we have so much time left to get ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that will remain our focus for stamping for now! If you are a demonstrator on my team or fellow demonstrator that was unable to attend, I only have one word…WOW! Wait until Monday!
This will be short because I am writing the blog post on my phone at the hotel, preparing to leave in the a.m. I would like to post a couple of pictures. One of them is my first chance to “walk the stage” for my 5 year Stampin’Up! Anniversary. I miss blogging and sharing with you, but prepping for OnStage and some other personal events kept me busy. I will try to get back at it this week! I will also likely post a Facebook Live in the next couple of days of some of the amazing swaps I received. We may work on a couple of them at Monday’s Stamp Night.
This marked the beginning of the Stampin’Up! 30 year anniversary so it will be a great year ending with OnStage in Orlando next November. Local OnStage will be in Milwaukee (closest for me) in April, consider joining and attending with me! We’ll be seeing the new Annual Catalog at that event. I know it is bound to be exciting!
Stampin’Up! Mission/Statement of the Heart – To love what we do, share what we love as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments…in this we make a difference!

We received a News flash from Stampin’Up! today regarding the sales of the new Watercolor Pencils – this is important if you have been on the fence regarding the Watercolor Pencils!
Sales for the Watercolor Pencils have exceeded Stampin’Up!’s forecast and are continuing strong, resulting in a significant number of backorders. It will be some time before this item is back in stock.
141709: Watercolor Pencils
This product will remain available until Thursday, January 26 at 12:00 PM (MT); it will then be placed in not-orderable status. (After that time, demonstrators, like me, will have to watch inventory status like we did for the Stitched Framelits).
SO order them NOW, TODAY, ASAP, if you have been thinking about the Watercolor Pencils. If you watched my video the other night on my Facebook business page they are so versatile and I just love using them.
Order Today: 141709: Watercolor Pencils
Click on the Shop 24×7 link on this page and don’t forget to place an order of $50 or more to receive a free item from the Sale-a-bration catalog such as the Inside the Lines Designer Series Paper. I’ll be sending a newsletter tonight with samples of different techniques using the Watercolor Pencils on the Inside the Lines DSP.

Have you created your wish list from the new catalog yet?
If you weren’t able to join me on the Virtual Party on Weds night launching the new Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-bration, I wanted to share a couple of card ideas I posted during the party.
I am anxious to see your samples and ideas, my Facebook page is a great place to share your ideas and see those of others. Please feel free to post and share there.
Remember CASE – copy and share everything! Even top demonstrators admit they didn’t start stamping and amazing cards ideas just came to them right away. Most of us see an idea on other sites, blog hops, card challenges and them tweak to make it our own. So don’t be shy to post!
I have other items I haven’t created with yet and another order coming on Weds of next week, so I’ll be sharing more ideas as we continue to launch the new catalog. I have also started my list for the next order! There are so many great items to purchase and of course, Sale-a-bration (SAB) free items is a great time to place your orders. For every $50 from the annual or new Occasions catalog, you can select a free item from the SAB catalog.
On this last image of the High Tide stamp set, I shared with the group during the Facebook virtual party that I used the new watercolor pencils to add some color and contrast to the sea. I love the new watercolor pencils and have been experimenting more and more with them. Maybe we should do a video?
If you don’t have a catalog, please let me know and I would love to send one to you. If you were forwarded this post, please sign up to receive future updates and newsletters. Of course if you are ready to shop, just click on the Shop 24×7 link above.
Many blessings, Deena
Let’s have some fun as the new catalog launches tomorrow. Join me on my Facebook page for my first virtual party. Don’t worry, you don’t have to have any cards or samples, just answer questions and share what you love about the new catalog. I am on a virtual party myself right now but I may have some samples done tomorrow. Stop by anytime from 6 – 8 p.m.

Welcome to my new website and blog!
I can’t think of a better time to introduce my new website and blog than the beginning of the Stampin’Up! new year (October each year) and the 2016 Holiday Season. I am very excited to have this method of communicating and sharing ideas about stamping and be inspired to create and share with others. When my retail business was open in the 1990’s, I loved updating and sharing on my website and in my newsletter. I look forward to doing the same with you and my Stampin’Up! business.
I just attended OnStage in Madison WI last weekend and received the new Occasions and Sale-a-bration catalogs. We were shown great ways to use the new stamp sets and of course we played with them. Some are posted on the Gallery tab on this site. I am very excited about the new stamps you will have the chance to order in January. For those of you that have ordered from me since January or are followers on my Facebook business page, you will receive the new Occasions catalog next month.
I will continue to post on my Facebook business page but I know some of you prefer newsletters or emails, so this new format will let me communicate more effectively than the email tool I was previously using.
But don’t forget, there is still time to order from the 2016 Holiday Catalog and plenty of 2016 left to use those stamps too. Stay tuned for more card ideas that I will be sharing.
Be grateful and enjoy today! Deena
