Today is a very sad day, my heart is broken. I had to say goodbye to Butters this morning. Two cats in 9 months. It’s just too much! In just a day and a half he declined dramatically. The symptoms were loud and clear but how do you explain that to a sweet boy who is tired, scared and in distress. You can’t. It’s unfair.

As a result I am going to take a break from writing this week, maybe a few weeks. I hope by Advent, which will be the beginning of my fourth year writing, I will feel ready. Today I am not.
